Women are on top of men, being them rich or not. Because unlike men women aren't steerable sexually, but by income, meaning security, a safe place for the kids itd. Hasn't changed much since the Stone Age. The better the male provide, the homier it'll be at home.

So, women are, eventually on top of things.
