It's quite confusing :D

Also I took the test two more times again just for the sake of seeing my results when I think more of answers - second time it just expanded the right side dominance. Third time it went close to the first result again.

Nice. It's just a simple two-dimesional picture - there's no rotation at all only plain slides which our brains 'convert' into a 3dimensional diagram.
To simply explain - if ur looking at the axis-leg and ur brain sees its toes direction evolving in sequence "left-towards_the_screen-right-from_the_screen u imagine it as a clockwise direction. Otherwise u can see it anticlockwise and on and on ;)
The efect is based on that the 2d shadow's legs and all the 'body' looks the same from back and front. :P
