I'm sure many of us have wondered, how napping a.k.a dozing off works and could it actually help us boost energy and awareness.It's all timing-dependent, they say. Keep in check the times and periods of your naps to gain full control of what happens with your body after waking up.
Alternatively take a cup of coffee right before taking a nap. It takes about 30-45 minutes for the coffeine to kick in, which is just the right time to wake up.
