Temat: Police in Oakland Cali kill an innocent man

Krzysztof Kwieciński:

Such accidents happen too often.

some of them in Poland

Geeez, when the Police doesn't shoot people, everyone is whining about how soft they are to the criminals and cannot protect our rights because they are impotent. When the Police shoots people, everyone is whining that they are cruel to the innocent victims. So what do we want actually? To make sure that the Police kindly asks criminals for permission to open fire?
Yes, actually, here in US, you DO need to warn criminals when you open fire.

>Yes, the mistakes
happen and is in case of any armed service, they happen to >be lethal.

Shooting a teenager in the back for being rowdy on the train is hardly a "mistake". If it was a rich, white teenager, shot by a black police officer, the poor boy's face would be plastered on newspapers across the country, with pictures of tearful parents and headlines saying, "WHY'D HE KILL MY BABY?" True, in many cases that is what you get when a young black teenager is killed by the police - but this is the point, isn't it? It happens very often. There is a pattern... Black male teen is NOT breaking the law, then gets killed, then cop gets to hang out at home with full pay, then a gets a slap on the wrist.
I am not even commenting the link to the "Evul USA" forum, as >this kind of cheap leftist propaganda makes me sick.
Leftist propaganda? Kind of like, NO BLOOD FOR OIL or STOP THE GENOCIDE IN DARFUR or FREE TIBET ???? Who are you the Tin Man? Have you no heart? Cold hard cash is your game and affirmative action insults you? Give me a fucking break.

I do not refer to the Oakland situation, as it seems pretty obvious abuse of power and the cop should face the charges >for murder (though I find it a bit strange that it was so neatly recorded, as if someone wanted to prove that the Police are >bad guys, hmmm.....), while the others should be penalized for >not interrupting.

In the age of technology, you are surprised that young teenagers that live in the inner city ghettos of Oak-town are recording police brutality? Hmph.

I have not commented on the incident in Poland with the police because I don't know Polish and I cannot read the posted article... hmmm - not commenting on something you don't know about is... novel?

In Warsaw we say:

hehe.. yes... I am well aware of this acronym :)
but it has a spelling mistake, it's with CH not H.

Fine, fine. I am defeated by the merithoric gravity of your arguments. As a racist fuck and idiot, I have nothing more to
say.

You can say whatever you want, it does not change the fact that your so called educated explanation sounds like a speech from David Duke himself.
I don't even expect the moderator to intervene, as you are one of those, as they say, community pillars. Yet another proof that there always are the equal and the more equal.

Oh yea... and I am guessing that you would now like to think of yourself as the Old Benjamin, unfortunately it looks a lot like Old Major instead.

Goodnight.

Make sure to lock your door, from what I understand blacks and other minorities are taking over in Poland too.

I don't give a shit about political correctness, I have some strong unpopular opinions and I won't join Amnesty International having read the statistics Raf's quoted. I'd be the last one to complain about severe attitude towards criminals, cause I'd be really glad if the society could take revenge on those sick motherfuckers, not only "rehabilitate" them. However, I want to be sure that the law is equal to everybody and those who represent the law will not avoid punishment if they abuse it. The cop committed a MURDER, it was neither accident nor killing in self-defense. That's a fact. There is NO JUSTIFICATION to this. Actually, you -a lawyer- should know and emphasize it stronger than others. It's kind of scary that you don't.

I don't even expect the moderator to intervene, as you are one of those, as they say, community pillars.

And that was really stupid.

ps. Do you really think those youngsters prepared the whole thing to prove the cops' cruelty? Did one of them volunteer to be shot or they tossed coins, huh?Anetta M. edytował(a) ten post dnia 19.01.09 o godzinie 03:21

Anetta, have you REALLY read my note? I mean, without bias and emotions?

Please note this part of my FIRST post:

>I do not refer to the Oakland situation, as it seems pretty >obvious abuse of power and the cop should face the charges for >murder.

That's it. I wrote it. Suggesting anything else is simply unfair.

I raised doubt that this guy was really shot and the entire situation wasn't a hoax. I was convinced it it was real, so what I wrote stands: The cop should rot until the end of his life in a cell. Especially because he's a cop.

As for the other things, I wish I had a chance to change some "emotional" things I wrote in reply to Rafal's insults, as I was simply carried away. That's why I made a sour remark about the moderator's intervention, as it was the moderator whith whom I was quarreling. Again, I stand corrected.

I have no intention, or never had, to suggest that black people are more inclined to crime because they are black. I believe that in the USA they live in a closed culture which indeed glorifies crime and there is a higher risk they may become criminals... Which is simply bad and unfair for them, bad for them just as for anyone else. But at no point, again, I suggested this makes black people "worse" in any aspect. If someone misunderstood my words to do so, I apologize - this is not what I think or what I wrote.

And yes, I find some excess in the affirmative action racist against white, Asian or Latin American people. If this makes me a racist... well...

In any case, I apologize anyone insulted or disgusted, as none of it was my intention.Krzysztof Kwieciński edytował(a) ten post dnia 21.01.09 o godzinie 20:15

Krzysztof, yes, you are right. Such incidents do raise emotions. It's ok, cause -paradoxically- it means that we still care. Yes, I read all the posts, but the sentence you quote got... dimmed by the statements you wrote in your further posts, so I referred mostly to them. Anyway, I didn't feel insulted and I do hope you don't bear a grudge either.

Krzysztof Kwieciński:
One of the points of my post was that black in the US are highly
"overpriviledged", for example they get bonus points on the
universities just because they are black and you cannot even fail
them on exams even if they don't know ANYTHING, because that proves > your racism and may cost you an university > career.

There is only one way to interpret this quote.

How can you NOT read it without emotions...? Bias? what bias?
As for the other things, I wish I had a chance to change some "emotional" things I wrote in reply to Rafal's insults, as I was simply carried away.

Rafal has not insulted you in any way. I back everything he's said.

I have no intention, or never had, to suggest that black people are more inclined to crime because they are black. I believe that in the USA they live in a closed culture which indeed glorifies crime and there is a higher risk they may become criminals... If someone misunderstood my words to do so, I apologize - this is not what I think or what I wrote.

So why on earth did you write it? Ever read anything about history...? Culture...? Minority culture...? I suggest a thorough research before you go and take some stand. It's the white man who brought violence; the white man who brought guns; the white man who deprived minorities of dignity and rights. Please - do read, do observe...

And yes, I find some excess in the affirmative action racist against white, Asian or Latin American people. If this makes me a racist... well...

In any case, I apologize anyone insulted or disgusted, as none of it was my intention.

You were right - ignorance is bliss. And from what I've read - you are really blessed with it, Im sorry.
