Somebody will ask such a stupid question, it will be the stupidiest question ever and the universe will collapse in self-defence.

No. Since my sports-accident I cannot do sports, i'm not allowed to and so i lost interest and don't support.

Quite addicted, indeed. Time "waster" at the moment is GL otherwise it would be "Sid Meier's Civilization".

GL - the double standards and simple unfairness of some of the rules.

Anglo - if there was anything about it that I'd dislike, I wouldn't be on it.

II. How do you predict the end of humanity? What will happen?

It's happening already.

III. Is there any particular sport you truly support? If yes, what is it? If no, why?

UFC up until recently... why do I support it? It's the most basic and raw form of sport, not until last couple of years was this sport glorified and turned into a cash cow, so it is still pretty much in a very fundamental form. Right now UFC is going through major changes and the old guard is leaving and retiring making room for new blood. Fighters are trying to prove themselves worthy of the contract so the competition remains fierce.

IV. Would you consider yourself as "addicted" to Internet use or at least PC use? If yes, what is your biggest time "waster"?

Addicted? Not addicted... but I've become dependent on it for a lot of crucial things so I do spend a lot of time on it.

V. In your opinion, what is the dumbest thing you have ever done?

It was so dumb, I'd rather not mention it.

GL: dislike - being too visible, like - Anglosphere
Anglosphere: dislike - an open forum, like - intelligent and civillised discussion, interesting people.

II. How do you predict the end of humanity? What will happen?

In about 100,00 year (according to some scientists) we'll evolve into something else. I wonder what?

III. Is there any particular sport you truly support? If yes, what is it? If no, why?

Yes, and Leeds United will return to glory.

IV. Would you consider yourself as "addicted" to Internet use or at least PC use? If yes, what is your biggest time "waster"?

It's a way of procrastinating, and UK newspapers are expensive in Poland, free on the internet. They are my biggest timewaster, followed by GL and another forum. Good to take a break from both sometimes and enjoy real life.

V. In your opinion, what is the dumbest thing you have ever done?

Moved in with a particular person.

I. What is it that you either like or dislike about GL, and especially Anglosphere?

I'm so addicted I no longer dislike anything. Oh, wait! No sense of humor should be banned.
And I really, really like the people I've met here, with more than a few exceptions though. Anglo would be so much better if more people decided to contribute instead of just lurking here.

I dislike Steve J's idea of banning the term "significant other"!!!

II. How do you predict the end of humanity? What will happen?

Not sure whether there will be a definite end. Human kind will either, as Jon says, evolve into something different, or disappear over a course of several thousand years. I'm glad I won't be here to experience this.

III. Is there any particular sport you truly support? If yes, what is it? If no, why?

Not really. I'm a bit of a soccer fan, but find it more fascinating to cook, read, or work than be bothered watching a game. I used to love going to basketball games, and was quite an avid supporter of Houston Rockets; I also found baseball a great game to go to, for social reasons and hot dogs more than the game.

IV. Would you consider yourself as "addicted" to Internet use or at least PC use? If yes, what is your biggest time "waster"?

Yes. I do so many different things around the Internet, I sometimes feel like I should be connected 24/7. It feels good to take a break from time to time and enjoy real life, but I spend too much time GL-ing...

V. In your opinion, what is the dumbest thing you have ever done?

I let someone cheat on me, and for the longest time I fooled myself into believing it didn't matter.

Other than that, I once combined five egg whites, half a cup of sugar in a bowl, and used an electric whisk. Now I know it needs a TALL container... or you need a lot of patience to clean the kitchen.

Like - some people I know. In addition, I dont see why people are so self effacing about using GL to stay connected. Personally, I dislike television, and it can be just like sitting in a pub with fun people but without the pitfalls.

I'm an amateur athlete and I'm involved in a few different sports, but i don't like to watch them.

Not so much. My biggest time waster is my sports. In fact, I was just telling someone: one of my brothers was telling me his nine year-old doesn't seem too interested in sports at this point, and we joked that with any luck he wont be.

Luckily there's Adam to keep the mankind up and running.

Hoops, of course. I'm a hopeless/helpless basketball freak. In the times when polish TV showed NBA finals live (mid 90s) I would stay up till 6 am to watch the game. Even on school night. Especially on school nights.

PC in itself no, The internetz on the other hand... I'd say I'm somewhat addicted. I know too many people around the world to be able to go offline for too long. Maybe if I had millions in my bank account, I could stay in touch with them simply by calling them every now and then. Since I'm not...

GL is one of the biggest time wasters for me.

Guess I've never done anything outstandingly dumb. Or is it that everything I've ever done was so dumb I just can't pick one particular thing?

L - it`s always here, many people I like are here, with some of them I`ve already become friends. When I need some help I receive it nearly immediately. I can`t see any other opportunity to "meet" so many interesting people from all over Poland and the world.

DL - hidden profiles. I don`t understand why those people can have access to all information about other people if they restrict theirs.

II. How do you predict the end of humanity? What will happen?

Thinking about that doesn`t really take my time.

III. Is there any particular sport you truly support? If yes, what is it? If no, why?

I don`t like watching sports maybe with the exception of basketball, sometimes. I used to do yoga but now I don`t have time for it, which I dislike about myself.

GL is my waster of time. I`m not addicted or not so much addicted. Ok, maybe a little. I`m surely dependent on the Net due to my work.

Perhaps not dumb but something that doesn`t match my personality so much that I don`t want to talk about it.

I like the openness of people I write to on Anglosphere.

I like the fact that GL makes my work a bit easier (although some profiles are way outdated - THIS gets on my nerves..)

II. How do you predict the end of humanity? What will happen?

That we will die due to consuming the junk we emit

or

we will evolve into some more enviroment friendly creatures with four fingers (we don't really need a thumb - maybe for texting..), no toes, without "8th's" (teeth), without hair (we don't need that either..) and some of our tissues.

III. Is there any particular sport you truly support? If yes, what is it? If no, why?

Nope. I would only support a sport I am actively taking part in. I have used to do voleyball and was really into it but nowadays it's yoga.

I'll be no end . might be a kind of our transformation to adapt to changing conditions ( broadly defined conditions ) we do influence or on the other hand it influences on us.

What I don't like: Jarek, he tried to molest me in the parking lot and escaped to Santa Monica afterwards... :(

We'll fuck ourselves up. Either by global-scale warfare or some poorly executed scientific experiments, although maybe I've watched too many Star Wars movies and other sith like that (Get it? Like... "Sith"? Ahaha! Ha... Ha? Ok, I suck at making up puns).

Either way, we'll be the cause of our own demise. Maybe not because of a sudden action of some sorts, but in the long run - yeah, we'll be to blame.

I'm an avid fan of water sports. (Braaaaceee for them puns! Oh, jolly good!)

I dig video games, so yeah - I'm kinda addicted to PC and other platforms, but only when I have lots of spare time.

The Internet? Well, I browse a couple of sites on a daily basis, but mostly because I've got nothing better to do.

V. In your opinion, what is the dumbest thing you have ever done?

Got involved in a relationship that was pretty much destined to go down the shitter at one point or another, tried to "make it work" - no matter what's the cost, finally lost some friends in the process.

Heh, got me thinking that there's at least one good point of one night stands: you don't have to deal with all the bullshit afterwards.
