CNN.com:
"Barack Obama had a formidable online presence during his quest for the White House, and he is once again turning to the Internet to communicate with the American public as president-elect."

"Visitors can fill out a form to share their stories about what the election meant to them, or they can give their vision of an Obama presidency. They can even apply for a job."

Perhaps it's our historic chance? What do you say?

What do you think about his idea of communicating with people in this way?

He'll get trolled a lot, that's for sure... :)

Although it IS a nice idea, still I don't think he'll consider each and every opinion sent to him by this medium. That's just impossible, especially considering that he's about to become a very, very busy man and the Internet community as a whole is absolutely massive.

Although it IS a nice idea, still I don't think he'll consider each and every opinion sent to him by this medium. That's just impossible, especially considering that he's about to become a very, very busy man and the Internet community as a whole is absolutely massive.

I kinda like him, so forget about the first one. As for the second - I guess he wouldn't give two shits 'bout my feelings anyway, now really... Besides, I've already took the bait and I do believe that his presidency could be a good one, so why bother anyway?

Actually, if you look at this website you can see that you are invited to express your opinions on whatever issue you want. it's nice way of letting people express their concerns and share doubts, I think. maybe even suggest healthy solutions?

I don't feel competent enough to take part in such discussions but it's also true that sometimes one good idea can come from the least expected place.That's what the purpose of this website is, I guess.

Even though I can't even front that I took absolutely any part in this past election, I am not even a citizen of your country, nor am I planning on being one... yet, I do have some suggestions.

In my best Reagan voice: - Mr. President ... take down that visa!

I think only US citizens should be able to participate, that's for starters, secondly it should all be categorized and read one way or the other, then depending on the amount of interest invested in any of the given topic ... take it from the top.

How is it possible? You've lived there most of your life, you are married and have children there. Is it because you didn't want to be a US citizen?
