I think Steve is right, Magda. Love is as blind as it used to be ages ago, nothing has changed. When you get attracted to somebody, your emotions overcome your wisdom and rationality. You see what you want to see, you create a perfect (phantom) image of your beloved and even if something doesn't suit the image, your rational wisdom immediately gives you convincing explanations... No, we are not smarter nor more rational. The primary instincts rule! ;-)

It's unconscious... I'd bet my left testicle that 9/10 women would prefer (unconsciously) Mr Go out and Get it/ fun to be with/ outgoing/ with ambition/ wins a good salary/ in shape/ tall/ well-groomed... It's just that this kind of guy would just do it for them (unconsciously) thatn the really really nice polite and retiring computer nerd (even though rationally he's such a nice guy)

and this is when consiocusness comes in and tellf them - get the fuck away from this asshole!.

What I've suggested (and I guess Steve as well) is that Alphas are usually perceived as more attractive, thus more people fall in love with them, however you don't need to be Alpha to fall in love. No, that was not what I meant.

I guess the main challange in defining things like "ALPHA TYPE" is suspiciously realted to all troubles encountered by humanists :)

If it comes to logic (Phisics, Math) - it's easy to explain and proove, but once Humanist comes in with his/her "THEORY" - logic takes day off ;)))

No hard fillings guys, that is just not only my observation. BTW how it comes that majority of humanist students find it difficult to pass Logic on their first therm?
