Dear friends,

In just a few days, leaders from all over the world will gather in Poznan, Poland to decide on next steps to tackling climate change. At last year’s meeting, governments pledged that by December 2009, they would nail down an agreement to achieve the global emission cuts required to keep climate change in check. We're half way to that deadline and it’s time for our leaders to get make good on their promise.

Join activists from around the world and let government leaders know that the World is Watching. We'll project your photos along with thousands of others during the meeting in Poznan. With your help, we can show real support for action on the climate crisis from citizens around the world.

There is a link on the Greenpeace web site where you can take action by uploading your photo to "let them know you're watching". That's what Rafal meant.

If you're in Poland and you care about environment then you might want to know that GMO voting will be taking place tomorrow in EU parliament. They are bending to the food lobby to allow GMO maize to be used in our food. We've campained a few months ago to fight this vote, but since few countries were undecided the vote was deferred. Now with UK and Germany joining the gmo side we could loose this one.

than a giant midget makes a mid-giant

medium giant ... would be pretty normal?

Well, I could take you to Kudowa this weekend; or just Kari and the kids. We'd feed the kids poppy seeds and vodka so they sleep better (old Polish practice), and head off to a spa.
BTW, I'm planning a spring getaway to Ciechocinek (and maybe will get to see Magda B.), so you guys might make it. Kudowa's a bit far from Waw, in fact (but you do know that, don't you)
