Who knows Archibald English? Is it just a Warsaw phenomenon?

They are known for sending moronic looking guys into town in kilts in order to give out leaflets.
When I say moronic looking, I really am referring to the guys, not the way they are dressed.


Anyway, it was always guys, just guys. However, the last couple of weeks I have only seen girls. What's happening? As industry insiders do you know what has caused this shift?

One extra point, why do people give out leaflets anyway? Isn't it boring, demorolising and badly paid?

Well, now I know what is all about! I met them a couple of months ago in the very heart of Warsaw. By the way, here's a photo of the only lass in a kilt I've managed to see in Scotland:

I did a teacher training session last September for the mighty Archibald!!! And, yeah, they're only a Warsaw thing... Didn't really like them very much to be perfectly honest... Not the nicest bunch I've ever done a training session for.

As for leaflets, everyone seems to be giving out leaflets in Warsaw; it's amazing!! Everywhere you go someone wants to give you leaflets.. and another funny thing about Warsaw is those little flyers you see everywhere for Asia and Kasia Fun Bunny Private Partee Sex Sex Sex!!!!! The streets are decorated with Asia and Kasia's glorious arses!

And as for kilts, they're strange:

1. Why is it that at a British wedding, if anyone at all has ever had any connection whatsoever with Scotland then the Bridegroom feels he has a good excuse to wear a kilt???

2. If they're so great, why not wear them everyday?

3. If they're not, why wear the stupid things at all?

Handing out fliers is a descent paid gig in NYC, some places pay you between $12 - $15/hr to just stand there and hand out promos for clubs, bars, go go bars, special blow out sales etc etc... it sucks thou hehe... good job for a middle school / high school kid.

It just does my head in when I see it because a) most of the leaflets end up as litter b) in parts of Warsaw it is like a slalom trying to avoid these people c) there are companies that provide services people really need (and pay health insurance and tax) but are having difficulty recruiting because of people working informally.

And why has Archibald replaced all the guys with girls???

On a pure kilt line, I can't say that I find girls in kilts attractive, so I don't think that it is a sex-appeal issue that has changed their advertising policy.
The only time I see girls in kilts normally are schoolgirls in the Praga district (must be some private school in the area) and schoolgirls on Australian TV programmes.
I don't think that kilts are flattering for legs because of their shape (kilt's shape).
