If I may be so bold, I would argue that beyond a certain minimum standard cut-off point, the demand increases to overwhelm any amount of money allocated to anything. Also, think about the sheer quantity of money squandered. Throwing money at something doesn't necessarily make a service better.

None.

There is a problem with the question, because it does not allow discussing reforms, eg. decentralisation, so as to make decisions about money expenditures at a lower level of government. Money is wasted by inefficiency of the system.

Resigning from even inefficient government services and avoiding tax obligations is legally not possible. Reforming and improving efficiency is better.

Hot tea, sweets and good book.

Pork, chicken, turkey, ... I guess less then 10 in everyday life, I do not know about my whole life.

"How To..." would've been the first.
Then a fun book about relationships.
Then a novel... serious stuff with such a unique way of telling things that not many people could easily absorb.
After that, a screenplay about the historic events - Atatürk would be the main character.
Then, after all of these writing experience, maybe I would try a mind blowing science fiction trilogy. OK, I don't like cliche, maybe only a doublet.

"The people closest", "making me a leader"... that's tough.
I usually don't talk about my abilities with the closest, because they either know who I am, or they have their own point of view/feelings about me. So far I haven't been an official leader of anything, so they haven't talked about it to the press, yet.

What I would like to hear though, that I am fair and open for working together.

State defence and administration at once. Then Common Agricultural Policy (I really can afford myself for my own mustard and bread, actually paying the same price in the shop as poor ones as well), so called "free" daily higher education, coal mines restructurization and energy industry employment safety policies, political parties budget financing (thank you PSL for your mistakes) and many, many particular, molecular, moneycular institutions which are of vital importance only for their general presidents and their pathetic offices.

2. What kinds of things do you do to brighten your mood during the colder and darker months?

Only those which are dispersing good energy around me.

I'd stop paying for things which aren't services: there is no need for ZUS offices in every town. There is no need for so many people to be working in tax offices etc.

I'd reallocate the money saved into teaching and medecine.

I'd also reconsider things like whether or not Poland needs to be in Iraq.

I crack open a cold one and crank the music up.

Chicken and lamb are my fave meats, although I don't eat that much. I rarely eat the flesh of the pig or the cow. I occasionally enjoy duck.

As for fish and seafood: cod, haddock, plaice, sole, halibut, salmon, trout, perch, shrimps.

Bad news. Moot. I couldn't arrange it. I'm not unhappy to pay taxes and I wouldn't be unhappy to pay more. I have my broodings about it like anyone, more or less seriously, about particular ways it gets spent. How many times have you ever had to call the police, for example? Usually just amusing myself. :)

People who pay attention to this kind of thing have noticed that there is a lower incidence of seasonal affective disorders in the Scandanavian countries, in spite of their low light - and it's probably not related to cultural factors that would influence reporting. It could be that dietary factors are involved to some extent, and maybe specifically related to a balance between omega 6 and 3 fatty acids that are abundant in the fish they eat. Who knows.

Me? I just try to get out and enjoy it. I don't really feel major changes in my affect.

I can account for 50 (this is just one of those silly question games we would play when we were bored).
