Is there a cable provider in Warsaw which offers channels in English or would a dish be the only option?

There are cable options for Warsaw city center, however, the availability can be limited due to the building you reside.

Aster and UPC are just 2 of them:

ok, Iter is right basically there are 2 options Aster and UPC ... or maybe Neostrada with TV, but in this options you have from 2 to maybe 6 chanels in English
although I now a place in Warsaw (e.g Marszalkowska) where they have full SKY TV package, so everythink is possible.

I used to live somewhere near the airport, and I've been told my building didn't have proper cabling, so they can not install a cable TV + internet.
It was between 2001-2003 though, maybe something has changed.
Well, if cables don't work for you, you have at least 2 satellite options including HD TVs. Polsat and "n" are the majors and it is fairly easy to get them anytime. They give free satellite antenna too.

so... that's not bad... I guess the next question would be - since you do have an option between analog and digital.. can you switch languages? For example here you can switch between English, Spanish or French with a click of a button.

Can do with digital upc. Still, not too many channels in English, and sometimes you can't switch between the languages.

aha! Options! That's what I'm talking about...
another option - which I'm about to do this year - is to get a good proxy in US and watch everything you want from official streams...

I'm trying to do this for a long time now and I'm almost sure I will have time this year to get it done..
