I only know a joke:
"Due to downsizing, a manager has to fire one emplyee, Jack or Jill.
It's not easy to decide as both are good workers.
One evening Jill comes over to say goodbye before going home.
She sees that her boss is upset
"What happened, you look worried?, she asks
"well, as a matter of fact I can't decide if I should lay you or Jack off"
"I'd suggest you jack off, I'm in hurry, she answered

I can't actually remember doing this, though I continually pick up on what other people say (though they aren't always rude double entendres).
On that website I was surpised to about the omission of the England v West Indies cricket match, when Johnners introdues the two players confronting eachother - "The batsman's Holding, the bowler's Willey"
