Temat: Do you tweet?

I'm still sceptical about tweeting on Tweeter, but I guess I know why so many people worldwide started using it. The whole follow/being followed idea is pretty amazing. I know it hooks you to one more gadget, which needs your attention on a regular basis... still seems a very nice idea to know what your friends / family / fave stars are doing?

And what's your take on Tweeter?

I agree that the idea is pretty amazing, but I don't have time for it myself. Tweeting on Tweeeter must be stealing so much time! I have been already hugely hooked up with Facebook, Linkedin and other websites :)

That's why the guys over there at Tweeter allow you to have only 140 characters in a tweet.
Yes, that's due to Tweeter's SMS capabilities, but it also yells at you saying "I respect your lack of time, mate". As far as Facebook et al are concerned, I'm totally NO to any maintenance. I can't tweet often lately.
But it's easy to follow me on twitter. You can do it too.

I believe it's an immense opportunity for people who are regulary creating content in the web. If I think about the 'regular' people of course.
I think anyone with enough time and interest in writing should have a blog, and then a twitter account.

There is a polish version of the thing - blip.pl. I use it, but not as an official 'what i do in life and how's my career' blog kind of thing, but more like a tool for getting up to date with what my friends do. I only have people I know face-to-face there...

I think it's a good way to communicate with the general public if you are a celebrity, a politician or sth. Of course as long as you do it by yourself. Ghostwriting on tweeter is pure bullshit.
