Temat: Define your taste in music in 5 albums

haha, no need to feel sorry. I got used to it, and I have a pretty thick skin. Maybe it comes with the profession I chose.
Ilter said they're 'the base' and I guess being a classic for one often means middle of the road for another.
Although I agree with it, it doesn't end in there.
Warren is right about the necessity of 'taste' in a music producer. He thinks that a musician has to have a certain position and character, somehow differing from the rest of the crowd. And he is right in a sense.
But the musicians are all human too. :P :)
I've been a kid once.
And no, I wasn't this cool when I was 12 :)
I wrote something long in here but I deleted it, because I don't want to bore you to death :)
I (or musicians) too have memories of childhood. Anything that strikes us, stays there deep in our memories.
And there's a reason why these classics are classics... they were ground breaking stuff of their time.
There's passion, innovation, jazz, and some bad lyrics in those albums I listed... and it might hurt your feelings, but they are really "base" stuff for many musicians and bands that shake your world
now.
AND honestly, maybe I'm a "middle of the road" type of person. Probably. Why not.
I didn't make the connection between this 'taste' and 'personality' thing yet. But it might be a good subject to ponder about.
