One for One - Personal trainerTrainings at home
One for One – Personal Training offers the possibility to use services of a personal trainer during trainings at the Client’s home.
We guarantee:
- individual and comprehensive approach to everyone
- care of one of our competent and experienced trainers
- safety of the exercise
- EFFECTS. With proper motivation, regularity and by following the trainer’s instructions we are able to determine the period of time required to achieve your set goals and dream figure.
Our approach
We are flexible by adjusting our work to the Client’s possibilities. We work from early morning hours till the evening, also during days off and public holidays.
Exercise with a personal trainer at home does not require Client’s investment in equipment. The trainer comes with the equipment necessary to conduct training.
We co-operate with dietitians. We ask doctor’s advice if our clients have any health problems.
Price:
One hour of personal training at the Client’s home depends on the package the Client chooses to have (number of trainings per week and the time the package encompasses). Purchasing a monthly package reduces the price of the training by trainer’s traveling expenses.
A package of eight home trainings costs 800 zloty gross. While purchasing a package for half a year the price of the training is reduced to 75 zloty gross for a training session. We also offer special partner packages (packages for two people).

On the first, non-committal meeting the trainer will answer all your questions, will tell you about the methodology of the exercise and will help you outline the goals connected with your physical appearance. At the Client’s request the first meeting can also be a free trial training session.

One for One personal training is a chain of personal training studios seated on the southern outskirts of Warsaw. The first studio in Komorowo was established in September 2006 and from June 2007 we have had our trainings in a studio in the centre of Milanówek. One for One Studios offer the highest standard in Poland. They are closed for the time of the training with the Client and they offer a maximum adjustment to Clients’ needs and preferences.
