Nie lubię narzekać ale Pure przegina :). Oto mój mail do menedżerów klubu, który wysłałem dzisiaj po treningu.Do:

Dear All,
I'm a customer of Pure Zlote Tarasy and I must say I'm disappointed with the technical condition of the premises. The club staff seems unable to keep up with its maintenance. There hasn't been a week that I don't see something broken. Honestly speaking Holmes Place Arkadia, that I used to attend, was in better condition after a few years since the opening, than your club is after a few months.
That is not to say that I don't like training in Pure Zlote Tarasy. I have a generally good impression and I like training here.
But how long does it take to repair a broken locker in the men's changing room? I told a receptionist 2 weeks ago about the problem and nothing has changed.
Plus: it's getting colder and I want to be able to hang my coat somewhere. There is no such possibility. In most lockers the hangers are broken. There where they still hang, they are fixed to the top of the locker and I can't hang my coat on them (they're to high). Please give yourself a favor and visit your competition. Check how it's done. I have never had such problems at Holmes Place during 1.5 year of my membership there.
I've seen broken hangers in the lockers for at least 6 weeks. No one is doing anything with it!
It is your obligation, as club managers, to ensure that every part of equipment is working properly every single day. Either by yourself or by your employes. Proactively. Not after customers' complaints.
It's your obligation to provide the quality you promise in your advertising materials. If you have problems with your suppliers, bring hangers from your homes and offices.
Otherwise, what do I pay for?
