toronto-carolina 1-7....daniel what's going on in Toronto?

hey guys what's your first impressions of the season? To me the biggest surprise so far is how bad the pacific division teams are doing. I expected the sharks and ducks to be lousy this season, but i thought the kings would be much better. Well coyotes are going to be the worst team this year. Any other thoughts on the first few games?

I expected the sharks and ducks to be lousy this season, but i thought the kings would be much better. Well coyotes are going to be the worst team this year. Don't start with me on this one! LOL! I have no idea what Toronto was doing last night. I watched the game (all 60 painful minutes) with my jaw on the floor dumbfounded at the lack of defense, an offense that was ..well... "offensive" to say the least. The telling point was the last 5 minutes of the game when the camera panned around the area and 1/2 of the seats were empty..people just left out of disappointment. The other half stayed to BOO the Leafs off the ice! Poor Toskala...it is hard to be the only player on the ice and stop 5 other guys from shooting the puck into the net all night. It is amazing they only scored 7 times. Not very happy today about this at all!

well, they made up a few days later with a spanking! Welldone...curious to see how the leafs will develop. Hope for your sake they will improve!!!
