i think the sharks picked a few pretty good players, lots of talk about them on nhl.com
are you guys by the way aware of NHL on the fly network? You can see highlights of all games with comments and analysis on http://onthefly.nhl.com/
not sure whether this is valid also for regular season, but at least during playoffs it was a tremenduous source of information for someone who lives in a country where nobody gives a damn about icehockey...!!

There is only 1 hockey team...the Toronto Maple Leafs. Everyone else does not matter.
Carolina Hurricanes is the best team in NHL (2006 Stanley Cup). Haha :)
