Temat: NBA 2008/2009 Season
I remember watching games highlights the day after D'Wade hurt his shoulder. He was going for a steal (against Houston, can't recall the other player's name), crashed into that other guy and had his shoulder relocated.
Ouch. Given the intensity of games they play (3 a week) and the amount of time they spend in the gym pumping mountains of iron I can't blame him for having taken so long to come back from the injury.
The 1985/86 Bulls come to mind. Jordan broke a bone in his left (?) foot in a game against the Warriors. Lost the entire season trying to recover. Came back stronger than ever. Hope Wade follows in Mike's footsteps.
I have my eye on the new guy on the Chi's team: Derrick Rose. The kid's got game. They need a bad ass center though. Centers have always been the Bull's biggest problem (literally and figuratively).
Cavs are gonna make it big this year, unless LBJ goes down with an injury. Mark my words.
