Temat: New Website + Viral Marketing Campaign (Q1/Q2-2009 project)

For a new commercial music event (yearly series of concerts on different locations in Poland), we need to build a website and set up a powerful marketing campaign.

I am looking for a (preferably Warsaw-based, but other are not excluded) company, able to give me the full scope of:
- assistance in defining the marketing campaign in Poland
- assistance in creation of image, based on workshops around target public, preferences and other parameters
- building and hosting the necessary tools (webdesign)
- etc...
