Maintenance Manager

Opis stanowiska:
• responsibility for the maintenance facility working within the agreed company policy and budget
• responsibility for safety and reliability of plant and production equipment
• supervision of the planned and preventive maintenance procedures
• provide strong technical support to production lines
• down - time reporting, analysis for short and long term utilization and reliability improvement
• assurance that processes are done in accordance to the procedures

Wymagania:
• good knowledge of one or more methodology: 5S, Kaizen, FMEA
• strong team management and leadership skills
• experience in industrial maintenance domain
• ability to priorities tasks
• strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• very good command of English
