Due to continued expansion, and in order to meet our Client's increasing needs, Graves West & Ayre are currently seeking individuals to join us as:

Audit Managers / Accounting Technicians

As part of a staffing review these positions will require excellent communication and technical skills, and a good academic record. Experience of working within a firm of Accountants, and a flexible approach is essential. Previous experience in accounts preparation is essential for all applicants.

The duties and responsibilities will include assisting with audits mainly within the Owner/Managed sector. You will be expected to work without supervision, liaise directly with Managers and Partners and deal with general accounting duties. Your duties will also include preparing accounts for businesses of all sizes from source records. Our clients have different types of accounting records both computer and manual based. You will be expected to prepare accounts for Partner review and to a finalized stage following review.

As part of the busy audit or accounts department you will play a key role in the day to day administration and support within this practice.
