AP / AR Junior and Senior Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Zabierzów (pow. krakowski) Krakow Business Park

Job description:

Daily operations in AP/AR departments
Receiving and verifying invoices and requisitions for goods and services
Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Preparing batches of invoices for data entry
Data enter invoices for payment
Managing the weekly cheque run
PO handling , invoicing and Payment
Preparing wires and journal entries
Updating payroll spreadsheets
Preparing of reports
Analyze data and figures
Ensure high quality of services
Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve the queries.
Building positive relations with customers

Requirements:

Bachelor in Commerce
1-3yrs experience in AP/AR function .
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Intermediate to high level of proficiency in MS-Excel
Proficient Email Writing Skills
Problem solver, good with numbers and analytical skills
Professional with effective soft skill competencies
Proficient Communication Skills to interact onsite
Disciplined with focused & result oriented approach
Learning mindset and willing to go extra mile to achieve organizational objectives
Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks at once with multiple deadlines will be important
Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
Travel on short notice
English - fluent
