Knowledge and Experience Essential:
•RIBA Chartered Architect
•Track record of winning business and liaising with clients
•Track record of working with and motivating a team
•Computer literate
•AutoCAD or REVIT literate

Desirable:
•Previous Senior Level Appointment with 10-15 years post qualification experience
•Board or similar experience
•Experience in leisure/hotel/zoo/aquaria sector
•Good at aggressive/firm but friendly project management

Principle terms of appointment
•Basic salary package depending upon experience of up to £42k pa
•Potential for Directorship and or share options
•25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with service
