Our Client is one of the first and the biggest business process outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 30 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2400 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

The Position:
Our Client is seeking a Service Specialist who will support their customers by providing services and solutions for their wide range of Source and Procure applications based on SAP SRM technology combined with fully self developed modules connected and integrated via WebMethods.

The role involves resolution of support issues as well as execution of services to assist internal and external stakeholders. You act as the main interface and communication channel during the complete incident and service request life cycles.

Main responsibilities include:

• Provide 1st line support for eSourcing users including administrative tasks and advanced services to German speaking clients
• Provide 2nd line support for customer Single Point of Contacts (SPOC)
• Troubleshoot and resolve all kinds of incidents with short lead times
• Report priority 1 incidents to responsible department and handle communication to customers
• Lead customers in using efficiently all functionalities
• Monitor documents flow and other key events
• Work with continuous improvements of internal processes and routines

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English is a must
• Experienced technical background and/or support/ or customer service (1-3 years of experience)
• Client and value adding mindset
• Open-minded and positive
• Analytical and structured
• Merit if you have experience in ITIL as best practice
• Strong social and communication skills with focus on quality and time
• Strong service and support experience
• Good analytical skills and a structured way of working with a client focus
• Ability to take own initiatives and to think outside the box
