1. Resource #1 two Systems and security Architects each having:

* Security and Systems Architects having together TOGAF 8 or 9 Certificate,
* Prince 2 Foundation Certificate or CAPM,
* auditor of IT Service Management or ITIL Foundation and
* CISA Audit Certificate,

2. Resource #2 One specialist having CISM: Certified Information Security Manager according to ISO27001 or ISO17799 or BS7799 3. Resource #3 One specialist being a certified auditor according to BS25999 or ABCP certificate with CISA in the same time 4. Resource #4 One specialist having: ITIL Foundation in IT Service management and Prince 2 Foundation and Certified OS Administrator 5. Resource #5 Team or one OS specialist having:

* Virtualisation specialist: Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Windows Server 2008,
* Virtualization Administrator or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows Server 2008, Server Virtualization {1}

6. Resource #6 Team or one application servers specialist having:

* Oracle Application Server 10 g Administrator Certified Associate,
* Oracle Weblogic Server 10g System Administration Certified Expert,
* Advanced JBoss Enterprise Application Development or JBoss Application Administration

7. Resource #7 One specialist having: MCTS: Biztalk Server 2006 8. Resource #8 Team or one backup and archiving specialist having:

* Symantec Data Protection Administration for Windows using NetBackup v6.5 or higher version,
* Symantec Data Protection Administration for Unix using NetBackup v6.5 or higher version,
* EMC Storage Administrator: Backup and Recovery – NetWorker

9. Resource #9 Team or one database specialist having:

* Sybase ASE 12.5 Associate Administrator or higher version,
* MCITP: Database Administrator 2005 or higher version,
* Sybase Replication server 12.5 Administrator or higher Version

Languages needed:
- ability to communicate with Customer in Polish (in any way of communication). Fluent Polish language is not a must.
- ability to communicate in English
