New Vacancy – Account Director – New Business - Poland

Poland is a key market for Mintel in the FMCG industry, and as we continue to grow this market, we are looking for a sales professional who is ambitious, performance-oriented and experienced in New Business. In addition to be being an exceptional hunter you will also manage a portfolio of clients as well as maintaining and growing all clients that you acquire.
Ideally candidates will possess general knowledge and interest in marketing, research principles and disciplines, together with a passion and interest for the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our award winning Food and Drink and Household and personal care products platforms and its associated research tools along with bespoke solutions for clients. Candidates must be London based and be happy to travel 75% of each month.

Responsibilities:
Develop a New Business pipeline across the Polish region through intelligent lead identification and networking (80%) in order to exceed monthly sales targets.
Book new business meeting to meet agreed sales activity plan to hit expected sales conversion rates and monthly targets
Maintain and grow existing account relationship in Poland using excellent communication skills, strong follow-up and sharp attention to detail (20%)
Leverage client relationships to grow accounts by securing additional products or services to achieve a target portfolio percentage increases
Identify new champions and revenue streams by networking throughout assigned accounts and by leveraging contacts throughout territory
Develop and maintain expertise in the fmcg industry
Deliver exceptional sales results against target

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years proven sales experience at the executive level
Strong New Business background, with proven success in achieving sales goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Fluent Polish and English. Russian or another Eastern European language would be a benefit but not essential
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
Highly polished, professional and consultative selling style
Clean driving license
