You will be responsible for the functional leadership of the Site Managers within the region and day-to-day project management of the Phase II-IV clinical studies conducted in the region.

Other duties:

•The supervision and work coordination of the team
•Supporting and leading the strategy development of the team;
•Performing general and human resource administrative functions;
•Participating in global and/or inter-disciplinary workgroups or task-forces
