Changping Investment Service Center and Changping Business Promotion Bureau were established respectively in 2000 and 2002. In order to achieve a professional performance in business promotion and investment service, Changping government integrated the regional services resources and reorganized Business Promotion Bureau and its "one-stop" office into the Investment Service Center in 2004. After that the Investment Service Center became the only professional department of business promotion and investment service.
The center has 46 staff, 98% with college education, among whom there are people who can speak English, Japanese, Germany and Bulgaria. The average age of the whole staff is 33.

Beijing Mobis Choche Motor Parts Co., ltd,an integral automotive parts company, is founded by Choche Group and Korean Hyundai Mobis,the largest Korean auto parts company,in 2002. It is one of the suppliers for Beijing Hyundai Motor.
