3.Buyer counters signs and seals the draft contract and sends vie e-mail to SELLER
4.Seller issues PROFORMA INVOICE to Buyer
5.Buyer’s Bank within 3(three) banking days sends irrevocable, divisible SBLC
6.Seller issues and sends full proof of Product (POP) to buyer’s bank for verification to buyer bank account
7.Delivery commences as per contract and the shipment should arrive at Buyer’s Discharge Port within 20-25
days
8.Buyer releases payments to seller’s Bank after inspection at destination Port
We expect for ICPO with permission for soft probe or BCL
