A. Education:
Engineer

B. Experience:
Min 2 years experience as manager and 5 years experience withHSE/Q-
systems.

C. Other competences:
Updated on statutory requirements and regulations
Lead Auditor Course in ISO 9001 og OHSAS 18001
Comprehensive risk management

D. Social skills:
Outgoing and will to cooperate

E. Software:
MS Office
Optionally some of written below software:

Quality and Risk Manager has the following main tasks:

Inform and assist EVP HSE/Q in questions regarding quality and risk
management.
Ensure that HSE/Q-system same as risk reporting is under constant
development in the company.
Ensure that preparation of project manuals are initiated and
implemented in the company projects.
Conduct audits (internal & external) according to plan.
Implement and track monthly quality and risk reporting.
Actively help to ensure that Company operates in compliance with all
quality requirements and that Company's delivery is under contunuous
improvement.
Develop, maintain and ensure training with regard to the company
Non-conformity Management System, as well as facilitate unified risk
management.
Follow-up of corrective and preventive measures registered in
Non-conformity Management System.
Implement approved preventive measures that affect the quality in
collaboration with managers of different departments/ disciplines.
Contribute to the development of the company audit procedure.
Function as lead auditor together with EVP HSEQ in external
audits/internal audits/ project verifications.
Actively contribute, within the scope of responsibility, to
continuous quality improvement and that all tasks are performed with
respect to the individual's health, safety and environment.
Any other relevant tasks that relate to the specific job position.
