Without knowing anything more about your skills/levels it's pretty difficult for me to suggest any specific course of action.
That being said, you can definitely focus on standard tasks such as writing (composing business correspondence, such as letters, summaries, memos, etc.) as well as reading comprehension - you really gotta be able to grasp key concepts quickly and separate them from what's not important.

In this year I'm taking CAE in general english. At school I have business language (upper intermediate). I won't take it in this year ... But in prospect of two . So that's why I don't know if there is a point in sitting it this year when I can pass higher level next year

Really sorry to tell you this, but in addition to what Mateusz wrote, I strongly suggest revising the very basics of grammar, before you set out on any journey above C1 - THIS year or NEXT year, either way ;]
