Baltic Trucking has a vacancy for a Fleetplanner who will join the Planning Department in Poznan.

After extensive training, he/she will be overseeing the work of the group of drivers.

Your responsibilities are:
• Ensuring that the transportation orders agreed upon are executed
• Taking immediate actions when it looks like the agreed delivery term will not be met
• Communicate efficiently with the drivers (GPRS and GSM) + with the colleagues in Poznan/Zeebrugge
• Detecting and reporting drivers’ problems and needs
• Drawing up the necessary documents for a job order
• Providing the drivers with the necessary information
• Considering overhauls, inspections and repairs to the vehicles
• Considering the qualifications and absences of the drivers
• Planning in function of the performances of the drivers and of the EG-regulation nr.561/06
• Inciting preventive driving behavior
• Registering job orders in the transportation program. If necessary: passing on driving directions

Our expectations:
- Higher education in logistics or equal by experience
- Work experience with Polish drivers in a company that owns trucks - FCL
- Geographical knowledge of Europe
- PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, TLN, Txconect, Navision, Route 66
- Knowledge of the UE regulation nr.561/06
- Languages: Polish, English – is a must
- Quality-oriented
- Customer-oriented
