THE LITTLE LATEST OF GRANDS CRUS. Cru recognized since 3 years, Vinsobres can boast of having been for his red wine, the first of Côtes du Rhône in the Drôme Provençale to incorporate the closed circle of 15 large vineyards in the appellation. Recognition is long overdue as it is true that the tenants of this land have always worked to develop a wine of character combined with a freshness nourished by the vine Syrah, making Vinsobres the most northerly of the southern Crus.

Capacity : 750ml
Grapes : 70% Black Grenache, 25% Syrah (in oak barrels) and 5% Cinsault and Mourvedre.
Harvest : manual harvest in late September.

Colour : Dark Ruby.

Nose : Notes of black fruits and spices.

Palate : A powerful attack in the latter silky tannins and well melted, all balanced ; beautiful mouth with a long final reminder of forest fruits and vanilla. .

Temperature of service : 17 - 18 ° C
Duration of care : 3 to 10 years

Bottled at the Domain. With vines over 40 years located in the town of Vinsobres, Paul Henry Domain chose this wine carefully developed, part of which is aged in oak barrels.
