For international company located in the center of Lodz we are urgently seeking French native speakers to join Customer Service Department.

Main responsibilities:
- providing professional customer support (by phone, e-mail, chat) related to car rental;
- proactive sales of additional services (car insurance etc.);
- putting data into computer system;
- resolving customers queries and discrepancies on their accounts;

Requirements:
- fluent French is a must;
- very good English language skills (min. B2);
- previous experience in customer service would be an advantage but is not a must;
- very good interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
- availability for shift work (working hours: Mon-Fri 8-24 and Sat-Sun 8-19);
