Efficiency Improvements and Cost Reductions for
Production Scale Up of a Chemical Coating Application

Provide a nozzle for production purposes that would
maintain the spray characteristics of the Ultrasonic
nozzle (i.e. drop size distribution) while
increasing the flow rate by a factor of ten. This
would reduce the number of nozzles needed for
largescale production line without compromising the
drop size properties.
