Job description

For one of our customer we’re looking for Junior IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for:
- System maintenance and monitoring
- Maintaining service procedures
- Keeping SLAs
- Incidents and issues solving according to procedures and documentation or escalation to resolving team
- High quality status reporting – internal to the team and external to the customer

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Candidate’s profile

IT student (last years) or graduate with databases background
Technical skills: C/C++, Java, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, ETL tools, database technologies
Experience in listed technology will be an additional value: Oracle, Teradata, Informatica,
Fluent English language skills both verbal and written
High motivation to self development and skills improvement
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Good team player
Attention to details and quality
