For our new subsidiary KRUUSE Polska Sp z o.o in Poznan, we are looking for 2 new team members for internal sales department.
Job description:
You will be working with customer service and order registration securing a high level of service and order flow. Assisting the Territory Managers and participating in marketing tasks will also be part of your job.
The candidates:
With reference to our Office Manager we are looking for 2 different candidates:
1. A veterinarian, veterinary nurse or zoo technician who is talented and interested in sales. It will be an advantage if you have experience in sales already, but it is most important that you want to move your career in a commercial direction and that you are service minded and have communication talent.
2. An experienced person with minimum 2 years experience with internal sales. Ideally you have experience from veterinary equipment business already.
Skills:
• English language skills at minimum medium level as you will be part of an international organization
• Customer facing and customer care skills
• Teamwork, collaboration and proactiveness
• Ability to work across multi country teams
• Ability to easily adapt to different situations, efficient in stressful situations
