Duties -
a) Receive requests from Customer through call, email, FAX, chat or web in French/German
b) Understand customer requirements and route the requests to appropriate department
c) Keep track of all requests handled
d) In required cases, handle the request upto satisfactory closure
e) Keep performance at the best SLA possible
f) Contribute to excellent performance of the team
g) Work on continuous improvement of skills and processes
h) Contribute in the handling of various activities linked to the project

a) Have the maturity to understand business processes and keep track of evolutions
b) Good command over spoken & Written French/German + English
c) A self motivated person
d) Be able to ensure high level of quality in process deliverables
