Currently for our client we are looking for Buyer:

Location: Wroclaw

Mission
 Identification, implementation and tracking performance to
material cost saving initiatives through developing cost reduction,
supplier rationalization
 Enlisting supplier involvement in developing joint process
improvements/solutions to reduce total material cost which includes
conducting supplier workshops to benchmark current material cost and
providing creative sourcing solutions
 Developing, negociating and implementing supply agreements based
on continuous improvement in Quality, Value and Responsiveness
 To unify supplier base, specifications, and terms of trade
according to the company guidelines
 Regularly report progress/results on purchasing actions to
Purchasing Management

Requirements

Key requirements for this job are:
 Technical or Economical University degree.
 At least 2 years of experience purchasing (ideally in wooden
area)
 Ability to follow orders and meet demanding deadlines
 Demonstrated track record of cost reduction, on-time quality
performance and process improvement
 Excellent negotiating and analytical skills
 Excellent capacity to lead and encourage others in teamwork
conditions
 Very comfortable working alone as well as within a group
 Very proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCad
would be advantage
 Knowledge of wood branch would be a plus
 Fluency in English
 Mobility within Poland
