A familiar of mine has requested for sending her offer of sale of several
real estates in Poland:

1) Luxury apartment, attuned to commercial activity (office in particularly).
The said apartment is located at Sielecka, Warsaw. Total area is 132
square metres (4 rooms, 2 halls, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, wardrobe). All
media included. The owner holds also a place in underground garage.
The prise is equal to 1.250.000 PLN (about 9400 PLN/metre).

2) Two real estate in Cybulice (Mazowieckie voivodship, 35 km from
Warsaw), composed of 7 plots of land of total area of 18350 square metres,
1.200.000 PLN – about 65 PLN/metre

a) Real estate (composed of two sites, each has 1200 square metres of
area), 40 x 30 metres (plus 5 metres of road next to these plots), all
media included (except for sewerage system which is already being
settled);
b) Real estate (composed of five dwelling sites, each has 3100 square
metres of area), 450 x 35 metres, all media as abovementioned [attractive
location: Kampinoska Blackwoods, 400 metres from woods, 500 metres from
lake];

3) Site in Bledow (Mazowieckie voivodship, 50 km from Warsaw), total area
of 2211 square metres, about 70 PLN/metre, next to the woods, waterworks
and electricity, very decent surroundings;
