Based on our dynamic growth Hays opens several roles on the positions of Candidate Attraction Specialists who will provide off-site sourcing activities across EMEA Region for the new RPO IT Division.

Working on the position of Candidate Attraction Specialist you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process of IT specialists, from involvement in initial briefing calls with the internal client, suggesting attraction strategies and sourcing candidates through to telephone applications pre-screening.

Your role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities. You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’a are met, while following Internal Client compliance procedures.

We are looking for multilingual dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking, preferably with minimum 6 months of professional recruitment experience in an IT industry.
As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and Romanian, knowledge of Polish language as an advantage.
In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates.
