As a member of the night shift team, you will join the operation team to monitor applications and servers.

Your Tasks:

• You will provide level 1 and 2 support and monitor applications and servers
• You will provide troubleshooting, tracking tickets
• You will manage escalation following the right time frame
• You will run test scenarios

You hold a degree in Computer Science
• You possess 2 to 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting with tickets system
• You are familiar with night shift
• Work experience in a banking environment is a plus
• You have experience in a Linux environment, Windows-Server
• You have an excellent knowledge of Java applications.
• English fluent ; French an asset
