Temat: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WITH GERMAN

On behalf of our Client, international company, with established BPO services from Tricity, we are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Agent with German

Working in this position you will be part of team that handles inbound calls. You will be responsible for making hotel reservations or providing information to existing and potential customers. Among your daily duties there will be also translations of correspondence and other documents.

To be successful in this role you need to be a dynamic and adaptable person with good tolerance to stress and time pressure, eager to work in multinational environment and on shifts. Ideal Candidate should have good analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and be a team player with customer service mindset. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German is a must.
