Community Support Representative - Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, French or German.
We require:
- Fluency in one of the following languages (Polish, French, Romanian, Czech or German) and at least B2 in English
- Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to read between the lines and connect with users easily to solve their issue, correctly and efficiently
- A passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
- A skill for handling multiple issues
- A desire to work in a team where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferred
You’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality service
- Solve rider and driver issues with lots of empathy and a passion for Uber
- Analyse processes to create the best ride experience
- Learn and grow with your team, through challenges, trainings and constant feedback
- Bring meaning to every interaction
