W bardzo wielu przedsiębiorstwach pracodawcy obdarzają pracowników różnego typu bonusami, takimi jak dodatkowe ubezpieczenie, opieka zdrowotna, zajęcia sportowe itd.
czy pracownicy są z tego zadowoleni czy woleliby zamiast bonusów wyższe wynagrodzenie?

In my opinion :-
Are the bonuses in here are really what the employee needs, or should we ask them what they want? Giving mobile phones and laptops, for to make the employee be in touch with us all the time, why laptops hmmm... so, that they could finish up the remaining work at home or on weekends. why, don't they have a family to stay or to talk with?
Why Health options, just to check if my employee is fit for the job and if not then to fire him or her. Why don't we ask them what they want? Why don't we give them an option they hey do you need health option or you need the same amount in cash. I think 90% of them will say cash. why because it is their decision. I myself don't know if i will be living tomorrow or not, i believe in living the life to the fullest.
Sport options, hmm... why not build a sport centre in the company itself let the employee's choose what kind of exercising machines they want, let them be a part of it let them make their own decisions. In my company i don't make the decisions we all with my employee's we make the decisions.
One should remember, a very simple thing that it is not the employer who makes the company grow, but the employees. For, me their decisions are important.
Why not make a baby sitting centre in the company where women can join in the company again after their maternity leave is over, the company gets back the employee who know her job very well and more over she will be glad and infact very happy that she can take care of her baby any time while at work, and she is back on the same job again. Why such initiatives are so less in this country and why such initiatives are not supported by the ruling political parties.
I think just ask them what they want, and then lets try together to get it done :). If company grows i want all my employee's to grow with it. I believe that by doing this the company will grow much much faster.
