For our Client international real estate adviser, we are looking for Candidates on a position of:

Central Europe Consultant (Central European Consulting Team)

A newly hired person will join Consultnig Team and will cooperate in the
implementation of consultancy projects, mixed-use and especially retail-led
projects, inPoland and Central Europe(Poland,CzechRepublic,Slovakia,Hungary)

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day project execution of client assignments introduced by Director
and ADs.
- Preparation of market overviews, competition analysis, analysing catchment
data.
- Collaborate on bids for business with clients including initial internal
discussions,preparation of offer or tender documents,making presentations.
- Take advantage of the established strong network of contacts within
company CE regional staff to identify Consulting leads
- Work on multidisciplinary projects with other areas of company in theCE
platform.

Qualifications:
- First university degree
- 3-yr experience in property-related business (business consultancy, property advisor, developer, investor)
- Demonstrable experience in conducting consulting; research projects
- Generic Consultancy skills – establishing client needs, balancing these
with technical solutions and Comapany Consulting’s commercial interests and strong report writing skills
- Report writing skills, Verbal communication
– effective contribution to meetings and presentations
- Specific know how in Real Estate development, retail in particular
- Knowledge and experience in the CEE region will be an advantage
- Business development – identifying leads and handing over to senior staff
- Strong command of English
