Operations Manager
Professional experience:
The ideal candidates will have a combination of the following experience:
University degree, Master’s degree.
Experience in debit and/or credit cards department.
Dealing with disputes/charge back operations
Knowledge of Authorization and Visa Clearing
Full knowledge of Visa dispute rules and how to apply them, chargeback reason codes, authorization messages and Visa clearing, representation, arbitration, compliance and collection.
Candidate will have a high level of experience with VROL (Visa Resolve Online):
o Knowledge of how to track authorization and clearing messages in a particular transaction
o Dealing with different chargeback and transaction documentation
Broad knowledge of how to manage pre-arbitration, arbitration, pre-compliance and compliance situations.
Other requirements:
Proficiency in Excel & Access
Experience managing small teams (+/-10 people)
Languages:
Advanced English (spoken & written)
