We have numerous positions to fulfil:
Operations Manager

Professional experience:
The ideal candidates will have a combination of the following experience:
 University degree, Master’s degree.
 Experience in debit and/or credit cards department.
 Dealing with disputes/charge back operations
 Knowledge of Authorization and Visa Clearing
 Full knowledge of Visa dispute rules and how to apply them, chargeback reason codes, authorization messages and Visa clearing, representation, arbitration, compliance and collection.
 Candidate will have a high level of experience with VROL (Visa Resolve Online):
o Knowledge of how to track authorization and clearing messages in a particular transaction
o Dealing with different chargeback and transaction documentation
 Broad knowledge of how to manage pre-arbitration, arbitration, pre-compliance and compliance situations.

Other requirements:
 Proficiency in Excel & Access
 Experience managing small teams (+/-10 people)
Languages:
Advanced English (spoken & written)
