Business Analyst (Technical Audiology)

DGS Business Services in Szczecin is looking for a passionate Audiologist with broad knowledge to help in designing software that works with modern and highly complex health care products that make a different to peoples’ lives. You will be working within an international organization mastering the most advanced technologies and with colleagues that challenge you professionally to be at your best.
We are looking for people who want to bring ideas from Internet of Things, Cloud Technology and Visualization into our solutions and change how people interact with our products on a global scale. This is a challenging position where your responsibilities consist of bringing the role of the hearing care professional into the specifications and design of high quality software. You are involved in the whole process from requirement specifications over design and implementation to final test and documentation, and you will have opportunity to evolve, switch teams and develop your professional competencies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with product owners on setting project’s scope and gathering requirements.
• Understand the business needs, product/system architecture and functionality.
• Bring field expertise and user knowledge in (hearing care professionals and users).
• Interview stakeholders in order to understand business needs.
• Conduct research of project’s domain.
• Work with the user experience designers to create the best designs.
• Propose solutions to given business needs.
• Be an active member of a Scrum team developing new products or product features.
• Work closely with Product Owner, Developers, User Experience Designers and Testers to ensure team deliveries.
• Document user, system and platform requirements in compliance with company standards and guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS degree within an education with audiology focus.
• 5 years working with hearing instruments or diagnostic instruments within industry, clinics or ENT.
• Experience working with two or more types of fitting software.
• Experience diagnostic and validation tools.
• Proficient in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s, PhD degree, further education or experience in audiology or other related fields.
• Experience with requirement specification.
• Experience with pediatric hearing care and/or CI.
• Experience with working in agile teams.
• Self-driven with quality focus and thoroughness in general that takes pride in your craftsmanship.
