We are excited to invite you to the XXVII Project Management Seminar organized by PMI Wrocław Branch. This seminar will be delivered in English only.

The seminar will take place at 6pm on September 4th, 2013 (Wednesday) in "Miedziana" conference room at Centrum Konferencyjne WPP, ul. Fabryczna 10, Wrocław (see map below).
Since 2007 PMI Wrocław Branch invites the most interesting practicioners of Project Management who want to share their vast experience, professional achievements and passion with other Project Managers.

Process Transformation Manager, Hewlett Packard

The presentation will focus on why organizations do projects and where/how can you find an opportunity to initiate a project.

19:30, How to outsource large software projects
Chandrashekhar Kachole a.k.a. Shekhar
Head of Carrier Products & Solutions R&D, Redknee

The presentation will focus on outsourcing large projects to IT suppliers. There are many industry standard best practices before making decision on such a supplier. Presenter will talk about simple techniques which make the decision making easier and minimizes risk of failure of outsourcing.
